So, I guess that can't be considered a trail, huh? I still wouldn't go in there alone. I'm freaked out running at the track by myself, let alone the woods! And I don't have any of that fancy-schmancy GPS crap! That's hard for me, I don't know a lot of the trails either and if I'm not with someone else, I'm not very adventurous. If I have someone to go with me it's easier!abbihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05956734205798602159noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-855701495072852475.post-58706617312361628732012-03-16T10:52:49.475-04:002012-03-16T10:52:49.475-04:00That looks amazingly fun! Still better than the streets, for sure...bobbihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04527731795745786604noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-855701495072852475.post-10783162123388650572012-03-16T10:11:57.974-04:002012-03-16T10:11:57.974-04:00All the trail runs I've done have been IN RACE...All the trail runs I've done have been IN RACES so I've never been out on my own. They have them well marked in a race, well, I wouldn't say marked but when you look down, there's really only one way to go! When I ran my first trail race I averaged about 13 min miles and it was hard as can be! I was disappointed with my time but trails are different. I've now got my times into the 11's. I always try and protect my legs so I don't know if I'll ever be able to just go all out and run like a banshee through the woods like the leaders! :) I have to say though, those races I look forward to! They're difficult but so much fun!Coy Martinezhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00144649093762262574noreply@blogger.com
