I have a Twitter account but literally have no idea how it works. All of a sudden I was following people that I didn't know and there were people I didn't know following me. Scary shit.

you can block anyone you want on twitter
I do it when I get the occasional weirdo or porn star wanna be!!!
you can also report anyone
