I Heart Running!

Sweet Pure-flows & snazzy socks ;D
Happy Valentine's Day! Hope your day included something you love....like running!  Mine did! I got in 5.5 miles on the trail in town! Woo hoo!

Now to assemble some goodies for my boys, then I'm putting my crazy cheering outfit on as Thing 2 hits the pool again tonight for another meet!

What have you done for the sweethearts in your life?

Happy Valentine's Day to you! My husband surprised me by going into work later than usual on a Tuesday and spent some quiet time with me before I had to pick up the little one I babysit from pre-k. He won't be home until 9:30 tonight, so no romantic dinner here. I went to Target yesterday and they were wiped out of all there heart-shaped boxes of chocolates! So, with my coupons in hand, I bought a bunch of bagged candies (they prefer them over mystery cream-filled centers anyway) like Dove Promises and Nestle Crunch Hearts and made up 3 gift bags. I also baked some cookies for dessert. My husband listened to me and didn't buy me anything, especially NO CHOCOLATE! I don't need the temptation!

Love the socks!!

My daughter has a swim meet this weekend! Thank goodness it starts at like 2 in the afternoon. Most of these we have to wake up at the crack of dawn. Plus, I end up missing my group run :( That sounds super selfish doesn't it??
